Privacy Policy

MoveOn is a breakup recovery app. We collect account information from Clerk, onboarding relationship profile answers, no-contact/contact events, journal entries, urge events, and subscription status from RevenueCat.

Journal entries are private to your account. Unlike earlier versions, your journal entries and urge history are stored securely in your account database but are never sent to or used by the AI coach. Optional Coach images are sent for the current response only and are not stored by MoveOn.

The urge camera flow is live-only. MoveOn does not capture, store, or upload frames in that flow.

AI coach requests are processed through OpenRouter using only the current message, optional current image, and your onboarding relationship profile (e.g., ex name, breakup date, attachment style, boundaries, and selected goals). They do not include your journal history, urge history, streak, or contact history, and the coach chat is stateless and not stored.

RevenueCat processes purchases and subscription state. Clerk handles authentication. Convex stores app data.

To request deletion, use the in-app delete account flow or email support@moveonapp.xyz.
